I tried to do 20 pushups today and my arms were falling off by 17... so ridiculous. lol this gives me hope.

I think I will try to do 20 more tonight and then keep upping the reps daily.

Day 2: Weight Loss & Fitness Progress Check-inHad a great day 2... Ate only carrots, tuna fish, some healthy choice chicken and dumplings soup and a spoonful of peanut butter. I also ran for 30 minutes today and drank lots of water.I did drink one can of coke. ;)I'm on my way tho!Melt with me.

Damn. Damn. Damn. I haven't stood on the scale in a while and I was hoping for a lower number. ha! Damn. Ok, So I'm starting out at 186.8lbs. My goal is to be 155lbs and ripped.I want to look like this dude in the shortest time possible: Even though this is the 200th+ time I've taken my "Before" picture, this is the first time I got a little creative with it and I'm posting on my blog to be accountable to my friends and family.I want today to be the last time I will ever be 187lbs. My goal weight is 155lbs and ripped. That means I need to lose 36.8lbs.My plan is to eat low calories foods like tuna fish and carrots and to drink as little soda as I can possibly handle. I also plan to get moving and get physical. I'll figure it out in more detail over the coming days.Melt with me.Brian
